Behind the name Heureux Mélange is mixologist Raphaël Nadeau. A cheerful epicurean, Raph introduces people to Quebec mixology through experiences that are distinctive, approachable and drawn from the richness of the province's terroir.
The positioning — Quebec epicurean — rests on a balance: pleasure and discovery on one side, local roots on the other. The brand speaks to people who like to savour life and share what they taste, without ever tipping into elitist mixology.
Seven values guide every decision: local, authentic, memorable, human, creative, committed, approachable. That last one weighed most on the design. The brand had to invite rather than impress.
The identity carries that generosity through an organic symbol, fluid forms that unfold across every application, and a palette taken from the landscape: boreal forest, sage, brass, cream. The brass is hot-stamped wherever the gesture deserves to be felt.
A cocktail, for Raph, is like a good story. It gets shared, it gets savoured, and above all it leaves good memories.
